Board Chair
Tiffany J. Williams
Tiffany J. Williams is the conscious Founder and Chief Curator behind the plant-based brand Lou Lavern; an intentionally innovated consumer beauty brand designed with black and brown individuals at the centric and Principal Designer & Head of Operations for Williams-Rogers Estates, a family-owned collaborative with focuses in residential real estate and interior design.
Tiffany has served as a catalyst for successful programmatic practices, organizational leadership, and agency-wide development and strategic planning initiatives specifically within the non-profit and for-profit sectors and leads these initiatives through Memosa Consultancy, a consultancy firm.
Vice Chair
Russell Jackson
Russell is a highly motivated and driven financial service professional with over 20 years in management and in the business sector. He offers expertise in insurance, savings, and investment options with a passion on insurance, risk management, wealth accumulation and retirement planning solutions for individuals and business owners. Russell has been a licensed agent with New York Life since 2018.
Russell earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Jacksonville University and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University. Russell has obtained other credentials and qualifications including his FINRA Series 6, Finra Series 63, and Life Health and Annuity license.
Current affiliations and activities: Member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce; Vice Chairman of the King/Soutel CRA advisory Board, Member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors(NAIFA).

Russell was awarded the prestigious Eagle Award in 2018, 2019, and 2020 for having the highest case rate in his North East Florida Office. Russell received recognition for being chosen as Agent of The Year 2020 in Jacksonville. Russell is also a 2019, 2020, and 2021 member of the New York Life Executive Council. In 2021, Russell qualified as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table Club for financial advisor. This distinction recognizes the top 1% of financial advisors around the world.
Board Treasurer
Kevin M. Smith
Kevin M. Smith is the founder and COM of The Associate(s) Consortium, LLC, an entrepreneurial, financial, and professional services firm serving the needs of its customers statewide. He leads a team of Sr. Operations managers and partners in the company day to day operations. A veteran of the financial services industry, he has 40 years of experience as a business consultant and is licensed as a life, health, property & casualty broker, independent claims adjuster, mortgage loan originator, and Realtor. Kevin holds the following degrees: AA/ Liberal Arts, AS/ Financial Services, and Marketing from Santa Fe Community College and Florida State College at Jacksonville. He is a graduate of Edward Waters University, where he obtained a BBA in Organizational Management.

He is a former banker, and registered representative with many years of experience in a variety of positions, leading him to become a business consultant and financial coordinator with Boone, Young, and Associates, as consultants for the Minority Business Development Center/ US Department of Commerce.

Kevin’s past community involvements include the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Visions Task Force, Adopt-A-Business Advisory Committee, and the Urban Skills Development Advisory Committee.

Kevin has always been a visionary and a champion of self-empowerment through economic concepts. One of his major accomplishments was a merger acquisition of an established local insurance agency; leading to the establishment of its subsequent brands into what is now The Associate(s) Consortium, LLC.
​
Kevin currently holds the position of President of The District of Soul Business Association. He is currently a Board Member of the Jacksonville Black Chamber of Commerce.
